A truth to ponder.

Thought before all else.

You may have noticed that on occasion your mind, and your body, often have a nasty habit of not always being in sync. When this happens you may find that what you thought you were going to do, and what you actually do, are completely at odds with each other.

Since a wandering mind serves no purpose it is important that all of your blocks, and attacks, are mentally correct before any desired physical result can occur. So always keep your mind sharp. Stay focused. And never move unless your mind, and your body are both completely committed to your physical actions. Because a movement made without thought can often have disheartening results indeed.
